Nestled on a welcoming residential street, just off Harborne High Street, this beautiful Victorian Terraced had all the elements to make our vision a reality.

Undertaking a full renovation in 2017, we took 90% of the house back to brick and started from scratch. We were fortunate that the previous owners had previously undertaken a loft conversion to add a third bedroom, so we focused our structural efforts downstairs by creating an open plan kitchen/dining space. By adding a side extension, it allowed natural light to flood the space via bi-fold doors that open onto a landscaped garden and a carefully considered glazed corner piece which adds a real focal point to the space. A modern kitchen and master bathroom uses smart lighting and colour palettes to bring the whole feel of the property together.

Half way into our renovation we were approached by Birmingham Civic Society who educated us on the history of the property and we were delighted to see a blue plaque become a prominent feature of this characterful home. Work was completed within 6 months, increasing the property value by 73%.
